Why Leading Organisations
Choose Shawn's Cows™

In an increasingly complex and disrupted agricultural technology landscape, Shawn's Cows™ delivers a differentiated, full-spectrum bovine value proposition that legacy cattle operators simply cannot match.

Pasture-Native Architecture
Built ground-up for the modern field environment, not retrofitted from legacy barn infrastructure. Our bovine stack is optimised for low-latency grass ingestion, high-throughput cud processing, and real-time moo delivery at enterprise scale.
Outcome-Oriented Cow Deployment
We don't just provide cows. We embed cows within a structured, governance-aligned deployment framework that ensures each bovine asset is correctly positioned, appropriately resourced, and aligned to measurable organisational outcomes from day one.
Continuous Moo Optimisation
Our proprietary Moo Quality Assurance (MQA™) loop monitors, benchmarks, and continuously improves moo output across the entire herd. Anomalies are surfaced in real-time. Corrective action is initiated within one business pasture.
Shawn-Led Executive Alignment
Every engagement is personally sponsored by Shawn. This ensures strategic coherence, rapid decision-making, and an unwavering commitment to bovine excellence that cannot be delegated, outsourced, or grazed away.

Integrated Herd Performance
Command Centre

Mission-critical, real-time visibility across all bovine performance vectors and grass-layer throughput indicators. Designed to surface actionable intelligence for pasture-level decision makers. All KPIs are benchmarked against the Shawn's Cows™ Bovine Maturity Model and reviewed quarterly by the Pasture Oversight Steering Committee.

Compliance, Governance
& Bovine Risk Management

Shawn's Cows™ operates within a comprehensive, multi-layered governance architecture designed to deliver consistent operational excellence, regulatory alignment, and herd-level accountability across all pasture environments and jurisdictions. A complete Bovine Compliance Dossier is available to qualified enterprise counterparties following execution of a mutual confidentiality agreement and a brief 45-minute alignment call with Shawn.

Proprietary Framework · v3.1
Pasture Governance Framework™ (PGF™)
The PGF™ is Shawn's Cows' foundational operational control methodology. It establishes end-to-end ownership accountability, escalation pathways, change-management protocols, and field-level RACI structures across all bovine asset tiers. Version 3.1 is currently deployed across 100% of production pastures, with v4.0 currently in discovery.
Self-Assessed · Annually Renewed
ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Our quality management procedures are structurally aligned with ISO 9001 principles across all core value-delivery functions, including grazing throughput, moo output assurance, cud processing repeatability, and pasture-level continuous improvement cycles. Certification status is rigorously self-assessed and reviewed on an annual basis by Shawn personally.
Cow Verified · Type II
SOC 2 Type II Attestation (Cow Verified)
Our SOC 2 Type II audit was conducted by an independent panel of senior-tenured cows with no material conflicts of interest. All five trust service criteria — availability, confidentiality, processing integrity, privacy, and fence integrity — were reviewed, challenged, and ultimately deemed satisfactory. The full attestation report is available upon request to credentialled parties.
Zero Trust · Fence-Native
Zero Trust Security Architecture (Fence-Based)
Shawn's Cows enforces a rigorous Zero Trust security posture at the physical perimeter layer. No entity — human, bovine, contractor, or third-party grazing partner — is granted implicit or assumed access to pasture resources. All ingress and egress events require explicit, time-bound fence clearance subject to identity verification and contextual risk scoring.

Frequently Asked
Questions

Responses to the most commonly submitted enquiries regarding bovine infrastructure capabilities, platform architecture, commercial terms, and stakeholder engagement pathways.

Are these cows real? +
Real enough.
Who is Shawn? +
Visionary.
Can I invest? +
We are pre-moo. Our Series B bovine raise is anticipated to open following the successful close of the current strategic grazing round. Accredited investors with demonstrated alignment to our Pasture Vision may register interest via the standard intake form. Do not contact the cows directly.
What is the underlying technical architecture? +
Shawn's Cows™ operates a field-native, distributed bovine compute layer underpinned by a high-throughput grass-ingestion pipeline, a fault-tolerant cud-processing monolith, and an event-driven moo emission bus. Multi-region pasture failover is on the H2 roadmap, pending fence procurement approvals.
What are the SLA commitments? +
Moo availability is contractually guaranteed at 99.98% on an annualised basis, with a defined P1 response time of one (1) business pasture. All downtime events are subject to a mandatory post-mortem conducted by the affected cow and submitted to the Incident Review Board within 5 working days.
How do I access technical support? +
Support requests must be submitted via the Grazing Ticket Management System (GTMS) using the applicable priority classification. Response times are subject to prevailing field conditions, seasonal grass availability, and the current workload of the Herd. Verbal escalation to Shawn is available at Platinum tier and above.
Do you offer enterprise and volume pricing? +
Commercial terms are negotiated directly with Shawn on a case-by-case basis, informed by herd size, grazing complexity, governance requirements, and strategic fit. A indicative pricing framework is available upon completion of a Bovine Discovery Questionnaire (BDQ). Please allow 5–7 business days. Do not contact the cows.
What is the refund and returns policy? +
All approved bovine assets are considered deployed to production upon governance sign-off and are non-returnable. Clients are strongly advised to conduct thorough pre-approval due diligence, including a review of the relevant cow's performance profile, compliance standing, and moo delivery history, prior to initiating the formal approval workflow.
Is there a roadmap I can review? +
A strategic bovine roadmap exists. It is not public. Qualified enterprise customers with an executed MSA may request a roadmap briefing with Shawn. The cows have been informed of the roadmap's general direction and are broadly supportive.
